Ingredients
  

  • 2 Pieces Chicken Fillets Breast Piece
  • 15 Cubes Croutons Toasted or crispy fried bread
  • 1 Tablespoon Dried Parsley
  • ½ Teaspoon Black Pepper Powder
  • ½ Teaspoon Paprika Powder
  • ½ Tablespoon Salt
  • 2 Pieces Garlic Crushed
  • 2 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 2 Tablespoon Mustard Paste
  • 1 Cup Mayonnaise 
  • 1 Tablespoon Parmesan Cheese Grated
  • 2 Tablespoon Black Olive Chopped
  • 2 Cup Romaine Lettuce
  • 2 Tablespoon Olive Oil

Instructions
 

  • In bowl, add Paprika powder, dried Parsley, salt, Black Pepper powder, Mustard paste, Garlic, Lemon juice and mix well.

  • Cut Chicken fillets into desired shapes.

  • Add chicken fillets, mix well and marinate for 30 minutes.

  • Grease grill pan with Olive oil and grill marinated chicken fillets from both sides until done and basting with remaining marinade.
    Use a Grill Pan with olive oil

Notes

Dressing Instructions:
In a bowl, add Mayonnaise, mustard paste, lemon juice, black pepper powder, garlic, black olives, parmesan cheese, salt and olive oil, whisk well & set aside.
In the serving bowl, add iceberg lettuce, and salad dressing and give it a good mix.
Add Croutons (toasted whole wheat bread cubes) and cooked chicken, mix well & serve.
